General Terms and Conditions of Business
1. Orders
All orders are binding. In your own interest, please ensure that the delivery address and telephone number provided to us are correct and complete. We cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We reserve the right to change the specifications of the products without prior notice.
2. Prices
The item prices in the store are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and are inclusive of VAT. Deviations occur when logging in within a specific user group.
3. Payment
Ricola internal orders are carried out against invoice. Payment is due within 30 days. Orders placed by employees and private individuals must be paid for directly online when the order is placed.
4. Delivery, shipping and packaging costs
You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order from us. This merely confirms receipt of the order via the eShop. If you do not receive a confirmation, the order process has probably not been completed correctly. In this case, please contact us directly. The fulfillment of the order depends on the availability of the products. As a rule, orders are processed immediately and available items are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days. If this is not possible, you will be notified by us. The shipment can be made in more than one package. Items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
5. Delivery times
Normal delivery times may vary, the following is a guide only: Standard A-Post: within 2 to 3 days of receipt of order
Foreign shipments are sent by FedEx. The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process. The delivery time is approx. 7-14 working days.
Please note that any customs duties or VAT on import are NOT included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. (=DAP delivery)
6. Returns / credit notes / damaged items
If an item is delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or you simply wish to exchange the item for a different size, you can return the item to us within 14 days, whereupon we will offer you either a full refund of the purchase price or the delivery of a replacement item.
Returns must be made within 14 days in the original undamaged packaging. Refunds will only be given for products in undamaged, unused condition. If the returned product is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original retail price from the refund. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights for damaged items.
Send the item to the address below and enclose a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and the action you wish to take.

7. Delivery damage
If the goods have been damaged during shipment, please inform us by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Damaged or defective items can be exchanged free of charge. Claims for damages due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded. Errors, price changes or minor changes to the products are reserved.
8. Data protection
We undertake not to sell your personal data to third parties. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The data required for business transactions will be stored. Credit card payments are encrypted using proven SSL technology. They are processed via Saferpay (Worldline AG). Worldline processes your personal data on our behalf in connection with the payments you order from us. Your data will only be used by Worldline to process your payment order and will not be made available to any third parties other than the financial institutions responsible for the respective payment method. “Worldline” or ‘Saferpay’ may appear on your credit card or bank statement in connection with your order with us
9. Retention of title
The delivered items remain our property until full payment has been received.
