  • Does the price apply per piece?

    The packaging unit is indicated in the shopping basket. The price applies to the respective quantity.

  • Is there a price reduction if I order several items per article?

    The item price is fixed and does not change with a larger order quantity.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    No, there is no minimum order quantity. However, please note that even for small orders and for small order amounts, the full shipping costs must be charged.

  • I cannot enter a quantity for the item, why?

    If you would like to order an item but cannot enter a quantity and the icon with the shopping basket does not appear, this means that the item is not available at the moment and therefore cannot be ordered. In an urgent case, please enquire by e-mail or telephone when the item will be available again.

  • Which are the payment options?

    Orders for private customers and Ricola employees must be paid for directly online (credit card or Twint). Orders for Ricola marketing purposes can be placed against invoice. The invoice will be sent by e-mail.

  • I work for Ricola, how can I order products for business use?

    To place an order for business use, you must be in a defined function. If you have automatically received a login, you are authorised to place orders. If you do not have a login but require items for a business purpose, please contact us using the contact form.

  • I work for Ricola, how can I order products for my private use?

    Apart from the Ricola online shop, items for private use can be purchased directly in the shops (Laufen and Paris).

  • What are the shipping costs within Switzerland?

    Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post and the cost for a standard delivery (PostPac Priority) is CHF 9.50 per parcel (excl. VAT). Shipping is more expensive for very large and/or heavy consignments.

  • Can items be sent abroad?

    Yes. International shipments are sent with FedEx. Shipments up to 67 kg are possible, for larger shipments please contact us. The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process. The delivery time is approx. 7-14 working days.

    Please also note that any customs duties or VAT on import are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    For orders within Switzerland, standard delivery from the main warehouse usually takes 2-3 working days. For orders abroad, the delivery time is usually 7-14 working days.

  • Is it possible to pick up my order?

    The ordered items are delivered directly by the logistics partner. It is therefore not possible to collect the goods.

  • Can I have my order sent to a different address?

    You can have your order sent to a different delivery address. In order to do this, create a new address manually in the checkout process.

  • Is it possible to return an item?

    Returns are generally not accepted. If an item has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition or if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you can return the item to us within 14 days and we will offer you either a refund or a replacement. If you wish to return an item without an existing defect, please first contact our customer service via the support form.

  • Is it possible to change or cancel my order at a later date?

    After having placed the order, a change or cancellation is only possible in exceptional cases. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

  • Do I need a user account to order?

    A user account is required to place an order in the Ricola Shop.

  • How sustainable is the packaging of my order?

    We use environmentally friendly packaging materials and work continuously to minimise our ecological footprint.
